Course registration is non-refundable after early registration ends. You may arrange to transfer your registration to another person up to 24 hours prior to the start date. During the early registration period, you may request a refund, less a $50 processing fee. 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY 

I understand that yoga includes physical movements. As in the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort I will adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended nor is it safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Jules Mitchell. Additionally, I, heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Jules Mitchell for any injury or death caused by their negligence on their acts. I furthermore affirm that I am the person stated below.

Portions of this event may be filmed, photographed, and/or recorded. By signing here, you consent to the possible reproduction of your likeness and/or voice, as well as the likeness/voice of any person representing your product or service, and you waive any claims in connection therewith.
